What campaign size formats do you offer?

PostNow currently offers 3-4 various campaign size options for each type of direct mail. The direct mail campaign size formats shown are all in inches.

  • Postcards
    • 5.5 x 8.5″
    • 6 x 12″
  • Letters
    • 8.5 x 11″ in an envelope
    • 8.5 x 14″ in an envelope
  • Folder Cards
    • 5.5 x 8.5″ folded (11 x 8.5″ unfolded)

While other sizes are available to print, the standard options made available were picked because of the balance between standing out in the mailbox and still being cost-effective to produce with our print equipment.

What are the design specifications if I want to upload my own artwork?

  • Ensure your design meets size and format requirements, including high-resolution PDFs with a 0.125″ bleed and CMYK color mode.
